Absolutely fantastic and A definite new favourite! Such a beautifully written, heart breaking book. The Memory Game is the story of David, who does in and run accident. But instead of going to the pearly gates he finds himself trapped in between worlds, invisible to his friends and loved ones, yet still able to exist among them. Then comes along Bethany, the school freak. Bethany is able to see and speak to David, resulting in the pair forming an unlikely friendship.

The Memory Game was an absolutely fantastic read that I never wanted to end. I was hooked from start to finish by this breath taking tale. Sharon has a way with words and this book was paced perfectly. The plot was original and interesting, not something I have come across before.

The relationship between David and Bethany was both beautiful and yet heart breaking. I felt like I could really connect with them both as they were so well formed and had personalities which jumped off the page. I could feel their frustration at the situation in which they were in through out the book. It was brilliant to watch their relationship develop and their bonds strengthen. As for the ending – Wow! I had not seen that coming. Such a perfect ending to such a brilliant book!

This is a must read that will leave you sobbing, yet yearning for more! I was devastated when it was finished – I loves this book!!! Add this to your TBR pile, you won’t regret it!
